Our approach is multidisciplinary and encompasses understanding from diverse areas: systems analysis and design, software engineering, hypermedia/hypertext engineering, human-computer interaction, user interface, information engineering, modeling and simulation, project management, and graphic design and presentation.
James Kleinschnitz aka “Jimmy Sessions”
An electrical engineer by education, James has become a master of the emerging web paradigm. He has been an integral part of a number of start-ups. More recently he has engaged in development for Marine Products and teamed with Josh on the Symantec GoEverywhere project working both on the web application and the marketing site. In his spare time James can be found rocking the board sports or judging regional wakeboard contests.
Josh “Shua” Peters
Josh is our right-brained social media expert and coach. We know him as a very analytical, strategic, and detail oriented person by nature. Josh has been deeply involved in the study of social media since the inception of the concept and has worked on social media plans, audits, and analysis for companies as large as Qwest (10,000+ employees), to midsized companies like DaVinci Virtual. Recently, Josh has been working with Symantec and their GoEverywhere project as their social marketing manager. It is a well known fact his wife has accepted the fact that she’s married to a computer geek / comic dork hybrid that has transformed into some form of super nerd who uses terms like “geekgasm” when referring to movies and or comics.
Nate Flint
Nate has been building user friendly and accessible websites since before it was cool. Although trained in the art of Web, he got his start in “project management” in his early twenties managing Adventure travel programs in such faraway places as Zimbabwe, Tanzania and around Europe. Combining his Web design and development experience with a passion for logistics over the last 8 years has made Nate a force to reckon with. Often interfacing with clients, he is able to translate customer needs into definitive deliverables that the team can act upon. Nate lives with his wife at 8,800 feet between two ski resorts.
Alex Deckard
A natural-born designer, Alex has spent his entire professional career studying the modern masters of graphic arts. Equally comfortable designing for web and print alike he has proved to be an excellent addition to the team. His keen eye for design has earned Alex jobs designing tour posters for such acts as Drive By Truckers and Award winning Blues artist Rory Block in his spare time.
